Hey, Before you see the pictures I'll let you know, I'm an extreme amateur! Playing around with my new camera, Fuji Film Finepix HS30 EXR. It's not the best and a tad mind baffling!
Criticize away. (You can be nice too, if you really want)
I had to shrink the pictures down a lot because of the 200KB limit, sorry for any loss of qualtiy! _________________ Those who dare to waste one moment of time have not yet discovered the value of life. |

I'd have to say that the macro of the ladybug is my favorite. But then again I'm a sucker for just about anything macro! I think the bottom area of the flower it's sitting on could either be cropped out or use some lightening in some way (dodge and burn?).
The reflection I think has potential as both a concept and an image. Unfortunately though, I'm not a fan of the picture as it is. I'm more fond of the second (bubble?) picture. I really like the color and lens flare you got.
Very well done for an 'amateur'! |
