Hey guys. I'm new on these forums but I really need help and I appreciate any suggestion I can get.

I have this wallpaper contest. I'm not a Photoshop newbie but I have a big dilema...

I need to turn a normal photo into digital painting. I tried myself but without any success. So please if you know a technique it will really help me out.

Thank you in advance.

www.retouchpro.com has a very active photo art membership, tutorials and actions abound for sketch, paint and other esoteric effects. You may need to trawl their forums for the really good stuff.
