A decent 3d scanner can run you $3500 at the least, Roland is a good name for 3d scanners, then like the previous poster mentioned, you can go to a film scanner, a decent film scanner is around $1,000 ( Nikon Coolscan V ED Scanner A true optical resolution of 4000dpi !! ).
I havent seen too many flatbed scanners over $1200. |

Ah yea me too.
Was just trying to dismiss the idea that $2,000
was alot of money to spend on a scanner.

Figure if some one is buying a $2k Scaner, they probably already ahave a nice digi cam and computer. |
