Hello, my name is Justin, and I am currently a Freshman enrolled at Loyola University Chicago. Today, I had the "Honors Recital" in which I performed a piano solo by Beethoven in front of the faculty, students, and family members of Loyola University Chicago.

I would not have been able to come across this far without the help of an exceptional professor. It is also very uncommon for Freshman to even audition and perform at the Honors Recital! My professor, despite her busy schedule that includes performing at international venues, assisted me, guided me, and mentored me into becoming the person I am today.

Without her, I would not have made the choice to have Music or even Piano as one of my majors at the University. She has influenced me a great deal and has caused me to mature not only as a musician, but as a human being as well. Despite all the stress or the lengthy practice days, her practice class was always the class that I looked forward too.

Shortly after the Honors Recital, I took a picture with my professor in hopes that I would give her a present for the Christmas season, and as a token of gratitude.

This present was the picture itself, and I was originally going to give her the picture itself in a short frame, or send it to her digitally as an e-card, but much to my dismay the original photo that was taken from my Dad's camera was incredibly blurry and I noticed alot of noise.

So I beg and even plead the community to assist me. This professor has greatly assisted me in my endeavors! As soon as I went to my residence hall in order to upload the pictures that my father took with his camera I was completely shocked and disheartened to see the quality of the pictures. I attempted to focus and sharpen the picture, but inevitably failed. I even attempted to utilize the Selective Gaussian Blur method, but was unable to process a picture that was to my satisfaction. I am completely inexperienced with Photoshop and have been looking at tutorials for 4 hours straight with no avail.

Thus, I will provide a "direct link" to the photo itself and hope that somebody out there will help me.

To the individual or individuals that help me fix this photo in time for the seasons I greatly extend my appreciation to you! I will be greatly indebted, so please if anyone could take some time and read this. Angel
