I have created a Photoshop file for a brochure I'm sending for print in my windows photoshop. My printer is on a Mac and I'm needing to know if they will be able to open the .psd files I have so if there is any adjusting needed they will be able to do it. Please advise the best way to handle this...
Thanks.

Done this a million times with MAC to WINDOWS
would say its the same the other way around.
First of all flatten your image. Just in case if you have fonts that the MAC doesn't have which is very likely, I always flatten before print.
Then Save as a .tiff.
When the screen appears which "byte" order select MAC, since your on a PC it should default to IBM. So just make sure you select MAC.
Hope that was a help!
Chris
Oh if you want to work with the image layers save your .tiff with layers just make sure your font layers if working with them are merged. |
