I want an effect like this for a picture in my portfolio, can someone give me some sort of name for this style or technique, mostly the blue parts with the text, or even a tutorial if possible
it looks to me like the artist just filled it with a patter composed of text, but a tutorial would be helpful in helping me get a feel for the style
