Ah right, yes, well thing is, every linux distro is different, personally i think although the most advanced, and the hardest to install, as it uses coding to install rather than an installer, i think Gentoo Linux is the best, just for its portage system, and the way it runs soo quickly _________________ www.jerseyhacker.co.uk
I dual-boot (obviously) with winXP. Linux goes on a separate, cast-off 10gb disc. if Iinstall any distro, It will have to be dual-bootable. If Gentoo is, I'm willing to try anything.
Where can I go to learn about it /D/L it?
(I'm a member on linuxquestions.org and linuxforums.org, if that helps) _________________ brush your hair and comb your teeth
