Hi all.
Here's my issue.
I just got The Sims 2 game about a week ago since I was bored and needed a new game to play. I then got really caught up in creating custom hair and eye recolors since some of the hair styles I wanted to use weren't red enough for my taste.
What I would like to do is to take the 5 different bmp files for the red hairstyle I want to recolor and make it more red to suit my purposes. I have been using the variations tool and hue/saturation tool.
Why is that when I start off with the 5 files that are all the same colors only of varying sizes and then apply the same exact variations do I get different results for each file?
I've gone in and checked the background color results after using variation on two of the files and the RGB values are different for both. Is there any way to get the variations to work the same way each time?
Is there something else that I can do to get the same color result for each file? |

I don't really understand your problem however ill take a guess and say if your getting different results on the same colours then it is probably the 'variations' tool/menu. Using the hue saturation tool with adjust levels or adjust curves in stead of using variations may help. |
