Unable to edit text from Photoshop CS2 to dreamweaver

After designing a page in PS CS2, I saved it as web but I cannot edit any text with dreamweaver because everthing has been saved as image.
even If I select the output setting as image and HTML, it's the same result.

How do I setup PS CS2 so that after saving a page as web, I will still be able to edit my text in dreamweaver?
