Okay, well i cropped by a picture of me (that was taking inside with inside lightiing), and put it on a outside background, so how do i change the cropped picture balance to match as if the picture were taken outside?

If helps is you post what you got so far..
Off the cuff I'd say hue/sat but it really depends on what your are working on.
