1) Make a new file, and fill the background layer with grey. (just so you can see it)

2) Make a new blank layer. Using the shape tool set to Paths make a rounded rectangle. In the paths pallette turn it into a selection. Save the selection.

3) Stroke the selection with white. (Edit, stroke, 1 px, outside)

4) Deselect. Erase away some of the white stroke with a large soft eraser, set to about 50%.

5) Make a new layer. Turn on the selection. Use the Reflected Gradient set to white and transparent, and make several diagonals (hold the shift key to get a 45° angle) across the selection.

Thanx a million..Worked like a charm..

But now I am trying to make it into a layer style so that I don't have to do it everytime. I have some 30-40 such designs to make..Will I hv to do the gradients each time ? Confused

You can bring each photo onto the first one as a new layer, just close each added layer as you go along you could have 30 or 40 layers till your done or delete layers as you go along save as, on each layer
