Using PS 7.0, clicking on a tool in the toolbar automatically brings up the different tool choices (e.g. marquee tool: rectangular, elliptical, etc) in a little window to the side.
On other computers, I had to hold down the mouse button a little longer to get the choices window, but with this one, the quickest click triggers it, requiring me to click, move and click again every time I switch to a multichoice tool even when I want the one shown as default. Obviously, I could use the keyboard, but that's not my preference.
Any help that someone could offer me to get it back to a required mouse down pause to trigger the option window would be greatly appreciated.
