Hello, I have a tiny doubt with Photoshop 7.0.
Whenever I try to make an image smaller, the edges become automatically blured. Is there any way to fix/avoid this?
I really annoying, specially when working with sprites.
Here some images about the problem:

You can try working at a higher resolution to begin with but...when you're zoomed in to 800%, things are going to be pixelated. |

hi,
i have seen that issue before with both my old cs1 and cs5 where if i use the transform tool and resize real small i end up with extra simi transparent pixels.. which give the impression of bluring..
now this is just a opinion on why.... when resizing smaller.... when reszing much smaller..... alogrythms have hard sometimes determine if to remove a pixel or keep and you end up resulting a simi transparent pixel... that my rough opinion... probablywrong...lol...
different way people have handled it... all depends on the image... maybe dodge and burn or cropping.. etc...
on that sample image .... after transform smaller, i selected just the simpi transparent picels and hit the delete key .. |
