So I need to make a bunch of company information packets. It contains the basic information such as the Company Name (as the title) and up to two pictures with description.
I was wondering if there was a way of using actions where I can just type the description and it would automatically be formatted in the perfect placement. For example, it has to be .5 inches below the picture than between the first caption and second picture it must be 1 inch. Stuff like that...
If there is an easier way to do this, that would be great. Or if someone knows some material that would help make my job easier that would be much appreciated too.
I attached a rough look of my template (of course it will be more complicated in real life.)

Also is there another program or way to use photoshop where I can input the picture and description and will automatically put it in the format I want.
For example.
Enter Company Name:
Enter First Picture:
Enter First Description:
Enter Second Picture:
