All those images lines and circles can be made with different selection tools or shape tools. The line stripes can be made with the polygonal tool or pen tool. the circles can be made with the elliptical tool and the transform selection or pen tool or the circle frame in the custom shape tool.
Turned to selections then filled with the color.
Custom shapes can help you big time.
