Hi all, new to the forums. I've been using PS for a while now, but one of the things I thought was always missing was the "standard" toolbar, a la MS Word 2003 and earlier, the one with the New, Save, and Open buttons on it. I just think it would be easier and quicker to click a single save button rather than go to File>Save. I know it's really nitpicking here, but I'm lazy with the mouse . As far as I know it's not available in the PS preferences, but maybe there's a plugin somewhere? Thanks.
Hi Eridani,
Standard bar is available in Photoshop Elements.
Photoshop is supposed to be professional software.
Most probably, developers decided that professionals may learn [Ctrl+O], [Ctrl+S], and several more keyboard shortcuts in exchange for some free space on their screen. _________________ Andrei Doubrovski
