hi guys! I'm Francis, and this is my first post here!! I have searched the web and this forum but still can't find how to do this, so your help is appreciated.

I took this pic in a small town in Belgium and I am having trouble overexposing the missing 2 areas through the fence. The tree branches are giving me trouble!! I am fairly new to PS and I tried to reduce opacity of the branches area with the clone tool, but no success. what is the simplest way to do this stuff? thanks
