Zooming percent doesnt matter, the image should stay like this, You see how the pixels are perfect and normal? :

Thats the reason I use Photoshop for pixel work, the layers. That is just me opening the dudes mouth, the main animation is in another window.

How can I transform and rotate images without things getting blurry? I've ignored this issue for the past 2 years thinking I'd figure it out soon but I just cant do it anymore...Lol...
