Make it a Smart Object prior to change size
Just right click on the layer and select convert to Smart Object

Also looking at your drawings and having all that in the same layer, its allways good to have each item in seperate layers in case like this that you need to change things, its much easier to modify.

You can still do that by making a selection for each of the faces and copying it into a new layer, do that for each item.

Thats the reason I use Photoshop for pixel work, the layers. That is just me opening the dudes mouth, the main animation is in another window.
Anyway it's not working...

well @ 600% it will look distort, you need to bring it back to 100% zoom

But like you said its pixel based, what is the resolution you are using for that file, also if you need them sharp you might concider using illustrator instead.

I resized one from your pic

Zooming percent doesnt matter, the image should stay like this, You see how the pixels are perfect and normal? :

You shouldn't get a billion blury anti aliased colors like this image below:

I've heard on Graphics gale (Not for Macintosh) you can transform without bluriness (keeping the pixels in their normal state), This is Photoshop the beast...There be a way to do it on here too.

well since you are working with pixels not VECTORS, your image will distort and get blurry if you enlarge or if you Zoom at a % greater than 100%

this might help understanding Pixels

http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/aboutgraphics/a/bitmapvector.htm

you can find tons of blogs that talk about pixels and why they are resolution dependant, if you modify them by making them larger a distortion will result.

I dont think your understanding, zooming (I'm working at 600% like always) in and out has nothing to do with how the image will look at 100%, thats not the problem. I'm not trying to change the "size" of the object". I'm trying to rotate it...As you can see it looks perfectly fine when the box is there but then I click "transform" and the pixels become anti-aliased (even if I were to go to 100% the same thing would apply, it would be good when the box is there then when the box isnt there and I click "transform" it will become blurry...Zooming has "nothing" to do with the issue) thats not supposed to happen.

Anyway this guy had the same problem,

His problem was answered by "cbadland" but we dont understand what he means.
