Hello my name is Steve. Im currently starting a project clothing company that i hope will gain recognition in both the sport of paintball and the feild of indie/emotional/pop rock community. I currently have the deliema of not having a dedicated head artist to make some designs. Granted this is a small company and all, but im willing to pay 20-30 dollars for designs and hopefully keep that artist and as the companys success goes up so will the amount paid.
Im looking for people who can make attractive and interesting designs that will appeal to middle age kids. You could say almost a band shirt design, but no limitations are made.

where is this job exactly located? Is it Australian by any chance? and in what currency will you be paying in?

were located in the united states(New Jersey). and will be paying in america money. i wouldnt have a problem sending Mo over seas. unless you had a problem. or prolly i can paypal the money to u when we get the paypay account started.

So your only paying upfront,not percentage of how many sold? Because if so that's a real rip-off.

i will be playing more as the job goes on. because it is a small company with little or no name yet, i will have to pay the artist outta my own pocket. im a college kid with bills to pay, trying to creat something fun and interesting.
percentages can be worked out as the company grows. absolutly. Contracts will be made once i have a serous dedicated artist. |

Are you willing to accept one piece of artwork at a time (and pay artist per piece)? or are you looking for an artist to design artwork full time?
