Does anyone have any idea how to re-create the effect seen in the new trailer for Guy Ritchie's film RocknRolla?

The trailer is here:

I'm basically looking to recreate the yellow visual look seen during points throughout the trailer.

A good example occurs at the 1:04 mark of the trailer..

Any ideas?
