I bought a new laptop and decided to upgrade my elements4 also, but before I do I would like to make sure elements 8 has one particular feature that I used continously with elements 4. The item was either a filter or layer and it was the blizzard effect. i love taking pictures of snowfall and adding the blizzard effect over it. I don't want any upgrade unless it has the blizzard effect. can someone confirm for me that it does. |

Hi trucker11,
Are you refering to the 'snow' effect in the effects panel. If so, then yes, it is still available in Elements 8.
