Hello everyone, I have a question on how to give such a special effect as this.
In this picture, you could see an image inside the text. I would like to know how this is done. Also could someone explain how that different lighting is given(I mean brightness towards the center and dim at the ends). Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum 
here's a tutorial for text/image as for the lighting, there are a few methods to produce that. My instinct would tell you to add gradient mask (transparent to..)
