I have a psd that looks right but when I save optimized the layers that have been duplicated and moved to other locations sit on top of each other.

Anyone know what causes this?

Hello,
Have you moved the layers in "Normal" (and not in "Over" or some other) rollover state?

These layers do not have rollovers nor are they sliced. (Maybe I should slice them to see if they stay? Nope slicing them gets the same result)

I made a quick screenshot of the issue. You'll see the PSD on top and the html screenshot cut on bottom.

To give you an idea The address on bottom is a copy of the text on top moved. Also the text on the right side is a copoy of the text on the left side moved.

Thanks for the response. Keep them coming.

Would you post the source PSD here?

What do you mean by Source PSD?

What I have figured out is the OPTIMIZED view is leaving the images (or text depending on which layer I am using) in the original location it is created in. I don't remember having this problem before when using PS7. I am now using CS2.

Is this different functionality or could this be a bug that I need to install updates and/or reinstall my software for?

It sounds like rollovers are in play...

Those particular layers do not have rollovers.

I ended up just creating those layers from scratch. Took me a bit to get them lined up right (because I suck)
