Hi guys!

I'm sorry to come here and waste your time, but I'm desperate at this point Frown

I have a problem while trying to fill a channel that i load from a layer. When i click bucket tool, the colors i choose are only shown in grayscale. For instance, If i select dark red, the color is shown as dark gray. Would somone know how to fix this please? I might''ve accidentally pressed a shortcut key and i didn't realise.. Here's a small screenshot:

Any help would be apreciated guy! Sorry and thanks in advance! :)
Matt.

Hi Matt,
At this point you are editing alpha-channel (saved selection), so you can only use grayscale colors. Black color means selected areas, shades of gray - lower "degrees of selection".

If you want to fill image itself (and not just the alpha-channel), click RGB channel in your Channels palette.
