Ive been creating logos in Illustrator forever... but with the latest few versions of Photoshop it's becoming more and more suited for logo design (with all the support for vector).
So, who uses Photoshop for logos and who uses another program?

i usually use PS
but i have a couple hundred hours on illustrator so i may go back to it for logos just for comparison

mos def (short for most definitly) i use photoshop for logos. and i agree. i noticed it has more vector oriented options, and thats important for things like logos, watermarks etc.
i like the one you have there gecko. pretty spiffy. i think i'll start on mine soon.

I use photo shop. Before 7.0 I also toyed with using it in conjunction with MS Paint and MS gif animate to create animated images.

I tend to create a raw image in Illustrator and then add the fX in Photoshop. |
