Im really tired of searching what i changed or what i didnt, posting topic here because most of you will instantly know what my problem is.
Movie shows basically everything:

If you dont wish to view movie for some reasons:
Whenever i create any rounded rectangle/circle etc. i can press & hold my mouse button to change size of new shape, but when i swap to rectangle, it just appears with specified size...
