Hi guys! I am looking for some help/advice on improving the quality of an image that doesn't look great when viewed at 100%. I am having this photo printed as a 22x30" print and am trying to improve the appearance by messing around in PS6. I've attached a screenshot in the hopes that some kind person will respond with a great idea of how to make it better!

Thank you all!

Oh it's an image of the moon by the way—I've just taken a screenshot while zoomed into 100%.
