				You've not described the effect you've seen, so I'm going to guess you're asking about how to achieve something similar to the smaller image in the top left hand corner. You should be able to recreate that by duplicating the layer, shrinking it, and reducing the opacity on it.

				no sorry i didnt describe it well at all, looking at the pic it doesnt even show it well either!! Its the main photo effect im after, in the video it shows it better, it starts just like a still photo with everything in focus but then the background blurs and the focus is on the fish and it looks as tho the focused part is almost 3d if you get what i mean
