Other than creating a square shape with a stroke colour white, then duplicate the shape layer and line it with the first shape, and so on until you fill the canvas, then double click on each of the shapes and fill with pattern, set the opacity to about 38% then pop a colour overlay on it, then set the colour opacity to around 20%. There may be a quicker way to do it but this is the way I would do it  hope that helps x
