This is a photo of my cousin's daughter who passed away a few months ago from a rare brain aneurysm. I want to do something special for them as a surprise and I was hoping there is someone out there who could fix the spot on this photo and enhance it in whatever way would make it look best.
This isn't high resolution because I saved it from Facebook (if necessary I can ask them for the original but as I said I'm hoping to do this as a surprise).
If anyone out there is willing to help them please do.
