seems to dark, readable but i don't think their is enough contrast with the colors, also the two red bars around the txt seem a little choppy

yea I dont know how to smooth, I tried feathering them and it didnt work.

well the pic goes on a website thats dark but the original logo I could brighten up.

for me, its a little much for a logo. That looks more like a banner.

well actually it is, but I also made it a logo for now too but I cant take any peieces away and call it a logo so the logo may have to be completely diffrent.
