I am doing a gig where the lady wants me to put this ugly frame around all the photos I take. I could be taking upwards of 1000 photos.
I followed these directions to get my frame to work:
in PS...
windows, actions.
In the actions panel, click create new action.
Name it, hit okay, you're recording now.
File, Open, open the photo.
File, place, choose the frame, resize.
Right click on the frame layer, rasterize.
Select the white area, delete.
Save as whatever.
After that use file, automate to do this to each photo.
...and it did on the first photo, then when i batched it and tried to get it to work on the rest, this happened:
Or, the photo was not on center at all, and I couldn't move the photo around to get it to BE center. I'd be fine if I could get the frame and just match the photo, but I couldn't!!
I am at my wits end. How can I make this work?!! |

Look up Variables and Data Sets in the help files, it would work well for your application. Use the frame image as the Variable, and the other images as the data sets. Set conform as the pixel replacement method. |
