Hi,
I am looking for a photoshop software, if possible for free download. But there are several hundreds in the online market.
What is currently the best software ? Which one can you suggest and why ?
I would appreciate your help on this.

GIMP is the free Photoshop alternative.
It has almost all of the same features and abilities as Photoshop.
I would recommend you check it out.
