Hello guys i´m new in this world so i wondering if anyone know how to make this kind of shadows ... because i found this on the internet but the layer is resterized and i want to make this kind of shadows on something else...and with drop shadow doesen´t work...

To get that effect you're seeing above you would just create a rectangle and put a drop shadow on it's layer. If you are talking about adding a shadow to an item within a picture, you can't. You will have to cut that item out and Paste it in place (CTRL+SHIFT+V) onto it's own layer, then add the drop shadow to that item separately.
