Could someone tell me how to make this type of colours (grading) on this image from Sofia Moro?
It must have a name but I don't know it! maybe a tutorial?

I agree with Auieos it's HDR the graduation on the top will be on a new layer and a graduated fill adjusting the opacity to suit...

I didn't notice the ghost but your right. That's probably why it hurts my eyes so much.
