i have this pic that i found and i love it and want to use the same sort of effect on other pics but i havent been able to do it. Im fairly new at it but still havent been close to replicating the results.
The one with the darkened angels is the effect i want. and the random angels i slapped into one pic is the ones i want to replicate it on.
Any help at all how to do it or even someone to do it for me would be amazing!!

was more after the effect on the angels in the 2nd pic (dont blink)

errr! maybe you should have said that first instead of "The one with the darkened angels is the effect I want" which in my eyes was the first one!
