I created a circle using Pen tool with 300px @ 100% opacity in itself own layer. Select the circle using the Marquee tool. Created path using "Make work path...". Clicked on the path to type my text. The text does not stand up straight with respect to the path.
I create a previous image using the same steps - that one worked but not this one.
