I am trying to manipulate this photo I took of my brother during a football game to have all of the vans in the background have their sirens flashing.
I tried using lens flare but I could not get it to be as realistic as the single siren thats already on the photo.
I would appreciate all support.
I tried to upload the file but it seems that it is too big (original file from camera). So I have put it on my public folder in dropbox; here is the url:
