For web designers what is the best site, video, or software to use and learn photoshop in 1 week when learning for 1 hour a day. Your inputs will be appreciated. Thanks

You may pick up the fundamentals, but you are shooting for the stars to be any where near good after such a period. Try a year and see how you are going.
Lynda.com and a Google search for free tutorials will help you.
Tutorials are only as useful as the techniques you are learning rather than the outcome. Decide what you want to focus on and then concentrate your efforts there.
