It has a very stained glass feel to it. The colors aren't really my style, but the flash is pretty chill.

For more smoothness on the outer bevels, you could lock the layers transparency and add a slight gaussian blur. Or if you did it in channels, make a selection and then a slight gaussian blur.
The flash doesnt show in Firefox

bear in mind the colors themselves are almost irrelevant
this image was just jammed together to showcase the style
and the flash is that link in the first post
