I dom't have a very good lense so I can't create a real shallow DOF. How do I get gradual blurring( the more distant an object the more blurred it is)? |

It's a shame you don't have the latest version of CS as this has a specific blur filter for dof.
Having said that, it can be faked in CS5. Open your picture and create 2 or 3 duplicate layers. Run a gaussian blur on the layers with increasing blur, group them if you wish, but for better accuracy just mask each individual layer and reveal the mask with a white brush. (mask should be black/hide) _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

You said that CS6 has a filter for DOF blurring. What is it called? |
