Hi, at first sorry for my english. I have a big problem with this photo:click
Im bought a full version of Photosho Elements 8 and i want to cut or remove background behinde this curtain. I want to remove the blue screen.

A quick and dirty way is to duplicate the layer, run a Select>Colour Range and select the blue colour, Have the fuzziness all the way up to 200 and no boxes checked (forgot to add you should delete the selection). Then on the same layer, Ctrl+Shift+U to turn it to greyscale.
Put a different solid colour layer beneath to see the knock-out effect you will achieve.
You could also use the blend if sliders to produce a similar effect.
