Using two royalty free images I created myself a silly avatar for another forum I visit. Now I need it much bigger but I cannot create a bigger version. I spent like two hours trying but it looked awful. Can anyone make me a bigger version please? I now need it in 400 x 580 if possible please?

Anyone who knows what they are doing could probably better my orignal too. So you know how you could make it better if you were inclined to do so this is what inspired my orignal: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Black_Luster_Soldier_-_Envoy_of_the_Beginning. Making it appear more like that would be nice if possible. Thanks in advance again!
