How do I Connect lines so there is a Smooth transition between line without seeing them overlap? |

Currently, if I draw 2 lines that Overlap, e.g: The corner 0f a square, you can clearly see where thu two lines Overlap. How can I prevent this and have it so that the lines Overlap neatly? |

With being more specific I meant: Which version of Ps are you using, what tool are you using to draw the lines with, can you post a screenshot? |
