Hello there, Im new to this forum so please save your hash comments. Anyway I'm using adobe photoshop and dreamweaver cs6, and i have designed a website for my mate and sliced it up to make links in dreamweaver. If I preview this website in google chrome or firefox or safari its ok, but if i use internet explorer it shows all my slices and makes gaps inbetween the slices which makes the website look nothing like its supposed to. Here is a link to the website ( www.ccpaints.co.uk ). Can someone please help me how to get rid of there spaces between slices in ie?

Welcome to the forum. I don't have IE so I won't be able to help I'm afraid and I know less about code than I do about most things. I hope this acts as a bump for the thread and someone can help.

I put your URL into www.browsershots.org and I didn't refresh the browser (F5) more than twice, but the screenshot for IE9 didn't show any problems. A few came back with errors but the majority I looked at looked fine. The website may help you and don't forget to refresh the browser to get the new browsers it finds.

Hi xBl4cKH4wKz (yea yea, copy&paste), welcome to the forums :)

First of all I'd like to say that IE sucks Big Grin
That said, using tables for your layout is outdated. It's better to use div tags along with a good CSS style sheet.
On a final note, you shouldn't let Photoshop slice your page. It's better to use "layer based slices".
