|
|
Hi, I seem to be getting an outline around my second layer when I export to jpeg. I don't see it when I'm in photoshop though.
You see the outline to the right of the head and around the chest.
How can I remove this? Thanks!

I have had this problem on occasion, I don't know but it seems to be a slight rendering error when a cut and paste/transform takes place. Have you done this at all? What were your editing steps?

Thank you! I had two separate files open. I dragged my layer+mask of person's head from one file onto image of meerkat in the other file. Then I brushed out everything but the eyes/mouth on the head mask et voila. I did also do a rotate transform to get the eyes to line up correctly. I did not do a resize transform this time although I have in the past on similar projects and had the same outline result as well. |

I don't know of a fix to the problem, but I know what I do. I run a long thin marquee selection over the line about 4 pixels wide and fill with content aware fill.
IT'S ANNOYING THOUGH ISN'T IT!
I'm pretty sure it's because of the transformation tools though. One thing I haven't checked is if it is the same at 100% as it is at other magnifications, in other words just a rendering glitch not an actual tear in the fabric. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |
