Hey guys,
I really want to create the same kind of effect as you can see on the Primadonna single cover. You can also see this kind of style on the new banner on her main site 'now available worldwide". http://www.marinaandthediamonds.com
Can someone help me out ? Or give me more of these kind of pictures, because i'm very interested in this style !

Welcome to the forum.
It an effect called Scanlines There are so many tutorials out there for the effect, if you don't like the one I linked to there are a billion other tutorials or if you prefer you could download an action or a pattern for the effect.

I should've been more specific , to be honest i didn't even notice the scanlines ! I'm talking about the fluorescent parts around her face and such ... it intrigues me, I really like the style , any ideas ?
