I am trying to swap colors. I was trying to trace it, but loose a lot of the edges of the image can someone make the logo black and background white? I suck at this |

If you have Photoshop - Press Ctrl+I. I haven't checked, but I suppose even Paint could do it, failing that perhaps GIMP.
If you wan't someone to do it for you , ask in the freebie or paid market place.

Being anal: neither black or white are colours, they are voids.
Having said that, I would be willing to help you if you ask/wanted, it seems like a 2 min job. 
(I mean for free)
