Hi all, i was wondering if i can change the background of a animated GIF.
The GIF's i want to use for my website.
It is an waved flag and the GIF has 200 layers.
How can i change it on an easy way en quick way?
I am new to PS and maybe i am asking the question on the wrong forum.
Thanks in advance.
See attachment for example of a flag.

Tricky one.
If it was a flapping Holland flag on a green background, you could add a hue/saturation adjustment layer and only target the green to change the color to whatever you want.
With the example you have provided the background is white and so is the middle section of the flag, which means Photoshop has no easy way separating the two, which in turn means hard work for you.
You might find video editing software such as Adobe Premier has more tricks up its sleeve when it comes to this type of task. |

Thx for your reply. So it will be difficult to do this. Maybe someone else has an idea? |

If you have any 3D CAD software you could make your gif out of a flapping flag on an alpha background. |
